A New Webinar Package Designed With The Needs of Modern Marketers in Mind

At WorkCast, we know that you want to be able to run quality webinars on your own terms.  Having the support of a monitored or managed service is brilliant for those high risk events when you’re keeping a sponsor or partner happy, or have 3000 people logged in to attend your product launch.

However, not all webinars require this type of support.

Maybe you want to have the flexibility to run a webinar at an hour’s notice… or run a webinar that has such a niche audience that you know only 10 people will attend.  You might even want to run a webinar that you know will attract up to 1000 attendees – but you’re a seasoned pro and can handle everything without WorkCast’s help thankyouverymuch!

That’s fine with us.  We know that a monitored or managed service isn’t suited to everyone.  This is why the WorkCast development team have been beavering away for months (seriously, we haven’t seen them since about November last year…) to create Present+. Our new webinar package that is designed to meet the needs of a busy digital marketing pro.

There are a few things that are just *magical* about Present+… and I know you just can’t wait to hear about them!

Webinars that are easy to set up

Usability is the keyword when it comes to Present+.  We've stripped the platform back to just show what you need to create webinars effortlessly. And we’ve even been nice enough to create in line help to guide you through the process of setting up your live webinars. Once you’ve got in to the swing of things, this inline help can be switched off by you.

We’ve also automated your event email communications, so these are set up without you even having to lift a finger (or click your mouse excessively).  Your event emails are set to go out before and after the event and will have standard text and your logo.

Automatic on-demand creation *swoon*

This leads nicely on to my next point.  Once you’ve delivered your live event, the on demand event can be created at the click of a button.  This will then be sent out in post-event communications for those who attended and those who did not.  Oh, and it goes without saying that your event will be automatically recorded as soon as you start broadcasting.  That seems obvious, but not all webinar platforms are created equal, and some don’t offer this!

Webinars that can easily be branded with your logo

Our monitored and managed services offer custom branding, but if you just want something that looks slick and can include your logo, then Present+ is perfect.  The templates we use are colourful and engaging rather than the bland white templates you may be used to.  Your logo is in prime position at the top of the page, and you can use a branded splash page to increase the branding visible in your auditorium.

In depth reporting

If you’re delivering webinars, the chances are that you want to know all about your attendees.  Who has watched the live event, who has watched the on demand, or whether they’ve been interested enough to ask any questions during your event.  Present+ gives you all of this information at your fingertips.  Let’s be honest, it’s a marketer’s dream.

Embed webinars in your marketing automation  (I saved the best until last)

So, this one is kind of a big deal.   We don’t like to brag, but we are super excited about it!  You may have seen some of our previous blogs about embedding webinars in HubSpot, and we didn’t want to limit this feature to our more advanced licences like Producer+.

This feature effectively means that your webinar registration pages and workflow will look exactly like the rest of your marketing materials.  You’ve also probably already got a team around you that are familiar with the MA system and can easily create landing pages.

Ok, I said that the Hubspot feature was best, but I lied

All of these features are offered at an entry-level price.  The present+ licence costs £95 per month and allows you to deliver unlimited webinars.   What more could you ask for?  You can even sign up for our free 14 day trial here if you’d like to give it a try before taking the plunge.
